COATING DESCRIPTION:
Coatings that are both optically transparent and electrically conducting are widely used in liquid crystal displays (LCDs) and for electromagnetic (EMI) shielding.
OPTICAL PERFORMANCE:
SINGLE LAYER ITO COATING: The graph shows a single layer ITO coating on glass with peak transmission at 620 nm and absorption less than 2 % at the peak. The sheet resistance of the ITO is less than 20 ohm/sq but it can be tailored to the customer's requirements. MULTI-LAYER ITO AR COATING: The ITO can also be incorporated into a multi-layer stack to provide a conductive anti-reflection (AR) coating. This will reduce the reflection and increase the transmission of the coating.
DURABILITY PERFORMANCE:
Adhesion, moderate abrasion, humidity as per the following (where applicable): MIL-C-675, MIL-M-13508, MIL-M-14806, MIL-C-48497, MIL-F-48616, MIL-STD-810F
